Based in Melbourne, Michelle will oversee DXC’s banking and financial services portfolio across ANZ, helping shape strategic initiatives and support clients as they navigate sector-wide digital transformation.
With over 25 years of industry experience, Michelle has extensive leadership experience across the technology sector, covering Enterprise Software solutions to Cloud, Data, AI, Cyber and Privacy. She has led complex projects and teams, and held leadership positions in Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Telstra Corporation, IBM, Boston Consulting Group, Connetico Group and PaperCut Software.
Michelle is well-connected to key stakeholders and partners in the technology industry. She has a history of leading technology transformations, professional services consulting practices, product teams, and holding general management positions with full P&L accountability across organisations.
With a passion for customer centricity, Michelle has served organisations across large enterprise, government, mid-market, and consumer markets - communicating with clarity to diverse stakeholders including boards, media, industry analysts, and investors.
