Three people face charges after a police raid at Franklin Towers in Portland as part of an ongoing investigation of drug activity in the building.
Police say they executed a search warrant at Franklin Towers at 211 Cumberland Avenue on Sunday at 7:30 a.m., where they say they found more than 300 grams of cocaine and crack cocaine.
Officers arrested 39-year-old Noorhussein Ibrahim of Westbrook, as well as 58-year-old Shane Leroux and 55-year-old Christopher Alan, both of South Portland.
Ibrahim was charged with unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs.
Leroux was charged with aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs and falsifying physical evidence.
Alan was charged with violating conditions of release and refusing to submit to arrest/detention.
The three men were taken to the Cumberland County Jail.
Franklin Towers is operated by Portland Housing Authority (PHA) and provides low income housing to disabled and older people,
