Halloween is over and there is a chill in there air, which means the holiday season is right around the corner. 

The Franklin Theatre's yearly lineup of Christmas classics returns to the marquee during November and plays throughout December. 

Things get started with the hilarious Christmas Vacation (a yearly must-watch for my family) on Nov. 8. The Griswolds are also screen on Nov. 24-25 and 29-30 and Dec. 3, 15-16, 23, and 26.

The live-action version of Dr. Seuss's How the Grinch Stole Christmas is showing on Nov. 9 and Dec. 18 and 22.

Make sure you know where Kevin is when Home Alone shows on Nov. 11 and 29 and Dec. 17-18, 23 and 26.

Christmas Eve adventure The Polar Express sets out on its voyage on Nov. 16 and Dec. 16, 18, 21 and 23. 

Holiday rom-com Love Actually will show on Nov. 18 and Dec. 19, while Miracle on 34th Street is set for Nov. 24 and Dec. 16.

The Muppet Christmas Carol tells the puppet-fied version of the Charles Dickens classic on Nov. 24 and Dec. 19.

Elf will fill your holiday sugar cravings on Nov. 24 and 30 and Dec. 20, 24 and 26.

People can debate whether or not Die Hard is a Christmas movie (it is!) on Dec. 2 and 26. 

Finally, the eternal It's a Wonderful Life is showing on Dec. 16, 23-24 and 26.
