A woman made wild bomb threats in a live stream driving to a federal housing loan services building outside of Washington, D.C., according to video exclusively obtained by DailyMail.com.

Maria Del Carmen Lozano focused the camera on the road, but noted her name at least twice, and declared to viewers she was on her way to the Freddie Mac building in McLean, Virginia, on Tuesday with the intent to 'blow everything up.'

Fairfax County Police issued warrants for the woman's arrest – one for a bomb threat and one for trespassing. She was pulled over during a traffic stop and taken into custody.

A representative from the FBI confirmed the bureau is 'monitoring the situation.'

Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) Director Bill Pulte was in the building at the time of the threat, a source familiar with the situation told DailyMail.com.

They also reveal that Lozano was a technology worker with Freddie Mac who was fired before Pulte was confirmed two weeks ago to lead the agency tasked with overseeing $9 trillion in home and mortgage loans.

In a video directed on the road, Lozano said: 'I will blow up this motherf****** building at Freddie Mac so people know that this is real and not fake'

Lozano was released from custody Thursday morning, but continued to live stream and threaten Freddie Mac employees and Director Pulte.

'I'm about to blow everything up in Freddie Mac right now so they know that this is real and not fake, ok?' Lozano said in her live-streamed rant.

'So, give me a few more minutes,' she continued, 'and I will blow up this motherf****** building at Freddie Mac so people know that this is real and not fake.'

The tirade and threats come as multiple agencies across the U.S. government work to make cuts, including gutting agencies and firing thousands of federal employees at the recommendation of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).

Since his confirmation just two weeks ago, Pulte has fired 200 people, to include board members appointed by Joe Biden and other employees.

But Lozano was not part of those DOGE-inspired layoffs, a person familiar with the situation tells DailyMail.com.

They detail how Lozano appears to be targeting the ire over losing her job at Pulte and since her release from custody has called Freddie Mac and FHFA demanding to speak with the director.

Lozano went on Facebook Live as she drove by the Freddie Mac headquarters building in McLean, Virginia on Tuesday and proceeded to drive around the campus. She did not leave her car or enter the building.

The woman made a series of wild claims over the course of a minute in her live video, including that Freddie Mac has 'hacked the brain' and that she helped the loan services to take over peoples' brains using Artificial Intelligence.

'Put the phone down now and come and work with us, ok?' she urged viewers. 'Freddie Mac as an investor has hacked the brain using Artificial Intelligence and they did it with the help of Maria Del Carmen Lozano.'

'I have proof that this was the case,' she concluded.
