Stanley cups have become the latest must-have water bottle, gaining popularity for their ability to keep beverages cold all day and encouraging increased daily water intake with their generous size.

Despite the hefty price tag, Amazon's huge spring sales week, which kicked off just yesterday, has made these desirable items more affordable. The online retailer has slashed prices on hundreds of must-have items, including the Stanley Quick Flip Stainless Steel Water Bottle 0.71L, now reduced by 24%, bringing the price down from £33.99 to a more palatable £25.99.

This isn't your typical Stanley Quencher cup, but another version from the brand that we believe is more practical and perfect for those always on the move.

This versatile 700ml stainless steel bottle doubles as a water bottle and a flask, maintaining the temperature of liquids, hot or cold, throughout the day. It's the ideal companion for commuters who bring their lunch or gym enthusiasts who prefer their water chilled.

With over 10,000 reviews, this product has been a hit with shoppers, who particularly love its leakproof design. One reviewer raved: "This 0.71 litre bottle holds enough for a short session, easily filled up, and holds the cold temp ALL DAY! The wide opening means it's easy to add my gym supplements to the water when I want to or add hydration salts. It has never leaked in my bag yet. I use it all the time - gym obv. walks, cinema, out and about in the car - it's the perfect bottle.", reports the Mirror.

Another reviewer credited the bottle with helping them increase their water intake, saying: "This is perfect for taking to work, ive gone from never drinking water to drinking 2 of these a day, no spillage and drink stays cold all day".

Some reviewers noted that the 700ml size can be a bit large, making it tricky to drink hot liquids from. One reviewer wrote: "Only problem is it's so big it's difficult to drink out of and keeps it so hot it will burn you. Best to pour it into a mug." However, a smaller 470ml size is available in the sale for £17.39.

If you're not sold on the Stanley just yet, we've found some alternative water bottles to consider. The Ninja Thirsti, currently £24.99, has impressed shoppers with its "sleek and simple design" and ability to keep ice frozen for just under 48 hours.

Another fab option is Frank Green's Ceramic Reusable Bottle, priced at £39.99. These eco-friendly bottles come in a variety of bright colours, and you can mix and match the bottles and lids to suit your style. Plus, they're available in different sizes, from 595ml to 1L and 2L bottles.
