(LILAMAX)- Apple has announced that its annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) will begin the week of June 9. While the event will be held entirely online, the keynote presentation will be in person. According to Bloomberg News, AI will be a major focus, but the highlight is expected to be the unveiling of iOS 19’s redesigned interface. Apple is also rumored to introduce a new iPhone and Mac redesigns.

Meanwhile, OpenAI’s ChatGPT has received a major upgrade, now featuring an AI-powered image generator. The tool uses GPT-4o’s image generation to create detailed visuals based on user prompts. OpenAI has stated that it will block inappropriate requests, including those related to nudity and graphic violence. The new feature is available to both free and paid subscribers.

In the electric vehicle market, Chinese automaker BYD is gaining ground on Tesla. BYD reported $107 billion in revenue for 2024, surpassing Tesla’s $97.7 billion for the same period. This solidifies BYD’s position as a global EV leader. The company has also introduced an upgraded driver-assistance system and launched a super-fast EV charging system.

Lastly, AT&T is making changes to its AutoPay and paperless billing discounts. Starting April 24, the $5 discount for linked credit cards will be discontinued. Instead, only customers using an AT&T Plus Card from Citi will continue receiving the discount. However, AT&T will still offer a $10 discount for those who enroll in AutoPay using their bank accounts.
