LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - More people will be able to get a taste of the French culture in Lansing.

In an expanded space, the Aux Petits Soins French Language Center reopened its doors Monday. New features of the new facility include larger classrooms as well as a new location for parking.

The center teaches the French language as well as culture through immersion classes for people of all ages. The Founder, French native and owner of the center Gaëlle Cassin-Ross, says it’s all about expanding French lessons to more people in the capital city.

“The huge difference between the old space and the new space is that I could customize each space to the needs of my students,” Cassin-Ross said. “I don’t know what you think of French culture, but many people think it’s about food.”

Aux Petits Soins has been around the Capital City for the past ten years, hosting French-themed summer camps for elementary school-aged children and holding seasonal French events.
