Britain's Got Talent's former young sensation Aidan Davis has undergone a remarkable transformation, 15 years after captivating the nation with his impressive street dancing skills on the popular ITV show.

In 2009, a youthful Aidan, then just 12 years old, reached the finals of the competition, leaving a lasting impression on judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, and Piers Morgan.

He went head-to-head with notable contestants like Susan Boyle, who recently suffered a minor stroke, and the eventual winners Diversity, winning over hearts with his distinctive buzz cut and electrifying performances.

From the outset, it was clear that Aidan possessed a unique talent, dazzling the judges and audience with his routine to Flo Rida's song Low during his initial audition.

Judges were wowed

Judge Amanda Holden was visibly stunned, remarking that he "blew her away" and praising his "superstar attitude", reports OK!.

Simon Cowell was equally impressed, saying: "I think you're better than any dancer on this show, you are super, super, super talented".

Hailing from Birmingham, Aidan had no formal dance training at the time and revealed to hosts Ant and Dec that he would hone his skills at home, showcasing his new moves to his mum whenever he mastered one.

Despite receiving standing ovations and fervent crowd support, Aidan narrowly missed out on claiming the BGT title.

Fast forward to the present, and Aidan has evolved into a fitness enthusiast, bearing little resemblance to his BGT days. He proudly displays his stylish beard and toned physique on social media, sharing videos of his intense workouts, including deadlifts and squats.

Aidan gave an enthusiastic update on his fitness journey, saying: "Strength is going up, body fat is coming down, and the realisation of how much I actually let myself go has finally kicked in."

Clearly proud of his progress, Aidan posted about "actually moving some half decent weights again," and shares regular updates from the gym.

In his workout videos, tattoo enthusiasts will notice Aidan's striking ink collection - a full sleeve adorns his right arm, with artwork stretching across his chest and back.

Last year, Aidan announced on Instagram the arrival of a baby with his partner, Courtney. Courtney broke the news with a heartfelt post, stating: "Welcome to the world Poppy Davis 13/ 04/ 23 you have completed us. Absolute baby bubble."

Aidan's accompanying post featured an adorable photo, captioned simply: "Gang."

Britain's Got Talent continues this Saturday at 7pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
