Kanye West said he has been "training" his daughter North West after announcing he is launching a new clothing brand.
The 47-year-old rapper shared a video of himself and his 11-year-old daughter in a recording studio, with the caption "TRAINING 3." Earlier this week, he had posted two more clips of North practicing her music skills with the help of her father and his team.
In the latest clip, Ye can be seen giving North some tips on how to sing some tunes and making her repeat some verses until she gets them perfectly. The young artist smiles and looks at her father as he teaches her some tricks of the trade.
Fans were excited to see the video on Ye's Instagram profile, as one wrote, "She's literally learning from the greatest artist of all time," before adding, "Her first album is about to be amazing." Another said, "Thank you North for giving Kanye back to us."
A third commented, "YE your father and your music teacher. What a lucky girl." Someone else commented, "Oh she gonna be a problem." And one more wrote, "Imagine Kanye being ur producer n executive producer n beatmaker n dad."
In a separate post this week, Kanye revealed North had asked him him to "make beats for her" as he credited his eldest child for making him "love music again." Sharing the news on social media, the musician said he made beats for North's album as well as for his own, BULLY.
He posted a black-and-white photo of North sitting on a chair in a music studio, with the caption, "This little girl made me love music again. She asked me to make beats for her I got back on the ASR Chopped up beats for her album and chopped every beats with my bare hand for BULLY."
Kanye shares North, sons Saint and Psalm, and daughter Chicago with his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian. Ye's long-time collaborator Malik Yusef wrote in the comments, "Yes sir, you definitely did that. I've been a witness seen it with my own two eyes is really good to see the young God YE doing pure magic!!!!"
Meanwhile, Ye teased that a women's line for YZY is on the way, giving his ex-wife Kim - who is the founder of Skims - some competition. He posted a picture on Tuesday of one of the designs, a body suit, inspired by his wife, Bianca Censori. The design looks similar to one previously worn by Bianca, which features thin spaghetti straps and a revealing sheer black material.
He wrote in the caption, "Yzy women's coming next SCALING INNOVATION. For anyone in clothing that doesn't work at Yeezy be afraid Be very afraid. No corporations leveraging my platform Using me to get to get to us Overcharging our community while ignoring my vision and direction."
Ye continued, "Stopping the foam runners and Yeezy slides production during COVID only to copy the designs. People tried to tell me to go back to adidas. Of course they were people close enough to ask for money from me. They didn't care about my freedom or vision. Now my vision is coming to life and I have a John Wick vendetta against every fashion company as my fellow Gemini Tupac said Die m---f----r Die. Now play off the grid."
