KANYE West has been accused of firing a former Donda Academy employee over the color of his skin in a new lawsuit.
After working security for the Grammy winner, Benjamin Deshon Provo claimed he suffered emotional distress and "was given an ultimatum."
“Kanye and members of his management team subjected Provo and other black employees to less favorable treatment than their white counterparts,” the lawsuit alleged, per Page Six.
Kanye, 46, was accused of "frequently screaming" at the ex-security guard and slammed him for wearing his hair in dreadlocks despite it being part of his religion.
"Specifically, Kanye frequently screamed at and berated black employees, while in contrast, he never so much as raised his tone of voice toward white staff," the lawsuit continued.
"Kanye and members of his management team required Provo to choose between these critical aspects of his self-identity and financial stability.

“Indeed, at the direction of Kanye, Provo was given the ultimatum, cut his hair, or be fired."
The former employee was allegedly fired for refusing to change his hair.
While working under the Yeezy founder, Benjamin claimed Kanye "expressed negative beliefs associated with prominent black leaders that advocated for or sought to advance the black community."
Kanye allegedly banned books that centered around historical Black figures such as Malcolm X and Martin Luther King Jr.

The former security guard also claimed he was given potentially dangerous instructions when dealing with paparazzi.
He alleged that at some point last year, he was told to "prevent paparazzi from interacting with Kanye by any means necessary, including acts of violence."
“Specifically, plaintiff was required to use physical force to remove paparazzi from the direct vicinity of Kanye and those in his company,” the suit added.
"Notably, this was a practice regularly engaged in by Kanye, who has a documented history of assaulting paparazzi."
The U.S. Sun has reached out to Kanye's camp for comment.
On April 2, former Yeezy employee Trevor Phillips also filed a lawsuit against the rapper for harassment, discrimination, a hostile work environment, and other complaints.
Amid the allegations, he claimed Kanye was using the Donda Academy students' tuition for personal trips as the employees were not being compensated.
In October 2022, Adidas announced its decision to terminate its partnership with Kanye due to the rapper's antisemitic remarks made on social media.
Trevor's complaint alleged the accounts were frozen due to the fallout from Adidas withdrawing their support.
Along with the finances, the plaintiff also claimed he had an uncomfortable meeting with the rapper in 2022, where Kanye FaceTimed a female friend he had previously flaunted nude photos of.
Kanye allegedly flung around antisemitic, racist, and anti-LGBTQIA+ hate language in the same private conversation as well.
Even when doors were open, Trevor claimed Kanye would often share his antisemitic opinions with the Donda Academy staff and students.
In one instance, Kanye allegedly said offensive phrases in front of two students and reportedly threatened to shave their heads and put them in cages.
YE'S LATEST MOVES
Earlier this week, Kanyw deleted both his Instagram and X accounts.
The controversial rapper made the move on Thursday and no longer has his pages on the social media platforms.
The decision came shortly after his representative revealed his plan to launch an adult entertainment studio, per TMZ.
The Yeezy porn studio would start a "broader adult entertainment division," with the rapper's clothing brand serving as the parent company.
Kanye will reportedly team up with adult film star Stormy Daniel's ex-husband, Mike Moz, for the new business project, which will begin later this year.
On Wednesday, Kanye seemed to confirm the news by sharing a video with the words, "Yeezy Porn is c***ing," on his Instagram page.
However, fans immediately showed concern over the new business idea in the comments section.
"This is crazy," one person wrote, while others said they "didn't want it" and "wouldn't support it."
Another mentioned how the project could negatively impact Kanye's four young kids, whom he shares with his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian.
Kanye previously admitted to suffering from a porn addiction, which he said threatened his relationship with Kim and their kids years ago.
"Hollywood is a giant brothel. Pornography destroyed my family," he revealed.
