Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. However, the company said that the proceeds from the sale will be used to reduce its outstanding debt.
ND Graphics is a Canadian distributor in the sign making, specialty graphics and imaging markets.
South Windsor, Connecticut-based Gerber Scientific is a supplier of automated manufacturing systems for the sign making, specialty graphics and packaging, apparel and flexible materials, and ophthalmic lens processing industries.
