Sonoco to Host Annual Investor Conference on December 7, 2018

HARTSVILLE, S.C., Nov. 20, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sonoco (NYSE:SON), one of the largest global diversified packaging companies, will host its annual breakfast meeting for the financial community in New York City on Friday, Dec. 7, 2018, in the Villard Ballroom of the New York Palace Hotel, 455 Madison Avenue.

Breakfast will begin at 7:30 a.m. ET, and the presentation will start at 7:50 a.m. Rob Tiede, president and chief executive officer, will provide a strategic overview of the Company, including a financial update and outlook. Updates will also be provided by several key executives, including R. Howard Coker, senior vice president for Rigid Paper Containers and Paper/Engineered Carriers International; Rodger Fuller, senior vice president for Paper/Engineered Carriers-U.S./Canada and Display and Packaging; Barry Saunders, senior vice president and chief financial officer; and Julie Albrecht, corporate vice president, treasurer/assistant CFO.
