New hires represent company investment into financial operations, product marketing, and customer experience.

(ClarionDoor), a top provider of enterprise-class, cloud-based rating, quoting, and issuance solutions for property and casualty (P&C) insurance companies, is pleased to announce strategic additions to the ClarionDoor team, including Steve Roth as Chief Financial Officer, Spiro Skias as Director of Product Marketing, and Chris Longano as a Senior Account Executive.

Steve Roth brings more than 18 years of tactical financial experience to ClarionDoor as CFO. As the prior CFO, COO, and chief compliance officer at Pacificor, LLC, Roth brings a balanced approach to managing company financial operations.  As part of ClarionDoor’s executive team, Roth oversees finance, accounting, and human resources (HR), and plans to proactively maintain the company’s financial health and growth.

Spiro Skias is well-known in the insurance industry from his time as the Ratabase Product Director at CGI Group, Inc., during which the company received three Celent awards. With more than ten years of experience managing product and marketing strategies, Skias is skilled in product implementation and using innovation to gain a competitive edge. Going forward, Skias will be responsible for establishing the vision, direction, and go-to-market strategy for ClarionDoor products and services.

Chris Longano comes to ClarionDoor from Verisk, where he was an account and sales executive, specializing in ISO commercial and personal lines products, including Electronic Rating Content (ERC). Throughout his career, Longano has promoted organic company growth through sales, customer satisfaction, and management, supported by creative thinking and problem-solving.  In his new role, Longano will help drive sales and business development for ClarionDoor.
