Separating signal acquisition from measurement dramatically lowers the hardware costs and enables data storage and replay from a personal computer, tablet or laptop.
Rohde & Schwartz RTH Series brings premium lab performance in a rugged, portable design. These oscilloscopes, ranging from 60 MHz to 500 MHz, offer five instruments in one hand-held package, including logic analyzer, protocol analyzer, data logger and digital multiviewer.
