Coal Gas India Ltd holds maiden Board Meeting on 3 April in New Delhi
Coal Gas India Limited (CGIL), a joint venture of CIL and GAIL, held its inaugural board meeting on April 3, 2025, at GAIL Bhawan, New Delhi. CGIL’s registered office is located at the VT Centre, Sonepur Bazari, Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal.
The first-ever board meeting of Coal Gas India Limited (CGIL) took place at the GAIL Bhawan in New Delhi on April 3, 2025. As a subsidiary of Coal India Limited, the Coal Gas India Limited (CGIL) is a joint venture between Coal India Limited (CIL) and Gas Authority of India Limited (GAIL). The VT Centre in Sonepur Bazari, Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal, is home to CGIL's registered office.
Shri. Debasish Nanda, Shri. Niladri Roy and Dr. Peeyush Kumar attended the meeting on behalf of Coal India Limited, where Shri. Prasoon Kumar, Shri. Gopal Singh Bist and Shri Rajeev Singhal represented GAIL. Shri. Rambabu Pathak, Company Secretary, ECL and Shri. Pradish Nair, in charge of the Office of Company Secretary, CGIL, also attended the meeting
