Samurai game Ghost of Tsushima launched

Ghost of Tsushima, the action-adventure samurai game featuring third person combat has launched today. The game is PlayStation 4-exclusive just like The Last of Us: Part II and is the next big PS4 game to be released. The title, Ghost of Tsushima, refers to the protagonist, a samurai/Ghost who takes up arms against the invading Mongols. As the Ghost (the lead character), the player will have to use both the direct combat and stealth takedown skills against the enemies.
There are four editions of the game: Special, Standard, Digital Standard and Digital Deluxe.
The Standard Edition of the PS4 game can be purchased via the PS Store and Amazon for Rs 3,999. The Standard (Digital) Edition can also be purchased for The Digital Deluxe Edition is available for Rs 4,799 at PlayStation Store.
The Special Edition, alongwith the base game, includes a SteelBook case, one Technique Point, Charm of Hachiman’s Favour, Hero of Tsushima Skin Set that comes with Golden Mask and Sword Kit, digital mini art book by Dark Horse and Director’s commentary. The Digital Deluxe Edition includes (apart from the main game): One Technique Point, Charm of Hachiman’s Favour, Hero of Tsushima Skin Set which includes Golden Mask, Body Armor, Sword Kit, Horse and Saddle, the digital mini art book by Dark Horse, Director’s commentary and Ghost of Tsushima Samurai Theme. The Standard and Digital Standard Editions do not come with any collectibles or extra features like the other two.
Ghost of Tsushima is developed by game studio Sucker Punch and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe. The game features Jin Sakai, the lead protagonist, who embraces the way of the Ghost, which is akin to the use of Ninjutsu despite being a samurai to drive back the Mongols who have captured Tsushima island, that lies near the mainland of Japan and are planning to launch an invasion on Japan. The story is set in the 13th century, the time when the Mongol Empire was at its zenith and despite being the biggest empire ever in the history of mankind in terms of area, was straining to expand further.
