NetApp Inc. (NTAP) Is Down On Disappointing Q2 Forecast

NetApp Inc. (NTAP) reported first quarter EPS of $0.62 after the close Wednesday, up from $0.46 last year. Street expectations were for EPS of $0.55. Second quarter EPS is expected to be between $0.64 and $0.72. The consensus estimate is for EPS of $0.70.

NetApp gapped open lower Thursday morning and is now down 1.55 at $40.86. The stock has dropped to over a 1-month low and has slipped beneath its 50-day moving average.
