Two people are recovering after being shocked by some downed power lines in Brooklyn early Tuesday morning.
It happened on 83rd Street between 10 and 11th avenues in Dyker Heights.
Con Edison says it happened at around 4:30 a.m.
Nearly 700 customers lost power.
The utility is looking into the whether the rainy weather may have played a role.
