March 26, 2025: This adorable, bonded pair—sweet Lizzie (female) and her fluffy brother Gordo (male)—are looking for a loving forever home!
Estimated to be around 4 months old as of 3/16/25, this perfect pair will surely bring a bundle of love to their new forever home.
Gordo is an adorable, soft-furred boy with beautiful, grey-tinted eyes, while Lizzie is a small, sleek girl with yellow-tinted eyes. Both sport charming black "masks" on their faces, adding to their adorable and unique look.
These playful kittens adore toys, specifically balls, plastic springs, and wand toys with ribbons or mice. They especially love their "turbo scratcher" with a rolling ball, which comes with them to their new home! Lizzie has the cutest little chirp she uses to "talk" to Gordo, while he's a quieter, gentler type.
Rescued from the streets of the Bronx just before a February storm, Lizzie and Gordo have been learning to trust and enjoy human companionship. They're blossoming in their foster home—enjoying petting sessions, treat time, and much-needed playtime.
They've even started curling up on their foster mom's bed at night, enjoying their new lives as indoor cats.
Because they're still a little shy, they'd do best in a patient, cat-savvy home—either with adults or older children. Given time, they're sure to become affectionate love bugs! They get along well with other cats and are fantastic eaters, currently enjoying both wet & dry kitten food.
Lizzie & Gordo are fully vetted, spayed/neutered, and ready for adoption! Currently fostered in Westchester, NY, they can be transported anywhere in NY, NJ, or New England to meet their perfect forever family.
